Terms of Service
By installing FlowAGENT or buying FlowAGENT Pro you agree to these terms. They are written to be read — please do.
1. What FlowAGENT is
FlowAGENT is software — a Chrome extension, a command-line app and an MCP server — that automates Flow in your own browser, using your own account. It does not provide, resell or extend Flow credits; generations use whatever your Flow plan allows.
2. Free and Pro
- Free is free to use within its daily limits.
- Pro is a licence for 1 month (30 days) or 12 months (365 days), paid once (₹99 or ₹599 at the time of writing). It runs from the day the key is issued — or, if you renew before your current key ends, from that key's end date — and never renews automatically.
- Referrals: each buyer gets a personal link. Every friend who buys Pro through it adds 30 days to the referrer's Pro, sent as a new key. Buying through your own link earns nothing.
- A Pro key is for one person. Do not share, publish or resell it; we may refuse support and future keys if a key is shared publicly.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use Flow in line with Google's terms and policies, and only with accounts you are entitled to use.
- Do not use FlowAGENT to create unlawful content, to infringe other people's rights, or to overload or disrupt any service.
- You own your prompts. Rights in generated content are governed by Google's terms for Flow.
4. Third parties
Flow is a Google service; Razorpay processes payments. FlowAGENT is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. If Google changes or limits Flow, some features may stop working until we update FlowAGENT.
5. No warranty
FlowAGENT is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular generation will succeed.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to FlowAGENT is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data.
7. Refunds
See the refund policy.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
