Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pro is a pass you pay once — 1 month or 12 months. If it doesn't work for you, you get your money back.

Full refund within 7 days

If FlowAGENT Pro does not work on your computer and we cannot fix the problem, e-mail us within 7 days of your payment and we will refund the full amount.

How to ask

• E-mail master401200@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_) and a line about what went wrong.
• We reply within 24 hours and approve eligible refunds within 2 business days.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay and usually appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
• Once a payment is refunded, its licence key may no longer be used.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel: Pro never renews automatically and we never store your card. When your month ends you simply return to the Free plan.

After 7 days

Partly used months are not refunded after 7 days, except where the law requires it or a payment was taken twice by mistake — duplicate payments are always refunded.

Flow credits

FlowAGENT does not sell Flow credits. Credits used in your Flow account are between you and Google and cannot be refunded by us.
