Shipping & Delivery Policy

FlowAGENT is software. Nothing is shipped physically — Pro is delivered as a licence key.

What you receive

After you pay for Pro you receive a licence key (it starts with FA1-) together with short activation steps. The software itself is free to download from this website and the Chrome Web Store.

How and when

• Your key is shown on screen right after a successful payment, and the same key is sent to the e-mail address you entered.
• If the page closes before the key appears, the e-mail still arrives within a few minutes. In the rare case that it does not, we send it by hand within 24 hours.
• The key is valid for 30 days (1-month pass) or 365 days (12-month pass) from the day it is issued — or from the end of your current key if you renew early.

Didn't get it?

Check your spam folder first. If 24 hours have passed, e-mail master401200@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID and we will resend it straight away — or refund you if you prefer.

Activating

Click the FlowAGENT icon in Chrome → Licence → paste the key → Activate. Or in a terminal: flowagent activate <your key>.
